Ocala Real Estate Market Update for November 2013

Here is your Ocala real estate market update for November 2013!

 

We closed 450 homes, which is up from 375 closed sales in November 2012. Pending Sales are at 515 which is up from 472 last November. The Average sale price in Ocala has increased around 6.2% to $126,041. Listing inventory is up from 3,481 to 3,696.

Months supply of inventory is also down from 9.7 months to 8.4 months.

Ocala Real Estate Market Update for October 2013!


Here is your Ocala real estate market update for October 2013!
 

We closed 458 homes, which is up from 368 closed sales in October 2012.

Pending Sales are at 575 which is up from 432 last October.

The median sale price in Ocala has increased around 11% to $102,250.

Listing inventory is down from 3,776 to 3,718. Months supply of inventory is also down from 10.6 months to 8.6 months.
